David B. Greene David graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in physics and continued that discipline at Florida State University where he earned his Ph. D. degree in Experimental Molecular Physics. He then obtained his J. D. degree in law, also from FSU. He is a member of the Greenville County Bar, The South Carolina Bar , the American Association for Justice, the South Carolina Association for Justice and the American Society of IRS Problem Solvers. He is admitted to practice before all South Carolina Courts, the Federal Courts and the Tax Court. David is an active member of Berea First Baptist Church and serves as the church's legal counsel. |

Tara Prevatte Tara is a certified paralegal specializing in litigation, probate and real estate matters. She has been with our firm for more than fifteen years. She is on a first-name basis with most of the circuit, family and probate court staff, which helps the firm handle matters for our clients more efficiently. Tara is a member of the National Association of Legal Secretaries, Legal Staff Professionals of South Carolina and Legal Staff Professionals of Greenville. She is currently serving as President-Elect of Legal Staff Professionals of South Carolina and as President of Legal Staff Professionals of Greenville. |

Amy is the newest member of our staff, having joined the firm in September 2010. She is the one who will answer your call and greet you when you visit. She is working toward becoming a certified paralegal and has already proven herself to be a valuable member of the firm. |
